PATRICK MADDEN - Patrick Madden, father of James H. and M. J. Madden, a highly 
esteemed and prominent citizen, died late Friday at his residence on Mariner 
street, aged 65. For many years, he has been a resident of this city, during which 
time he gathered together considerable property. Funeral services will take place 
today at 3 p.m., from St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
