Margaret Kelly Mahon, 96, of the 5000 block of School Road, died Nov. 29, 1995, in 
a local hospital.

Mrs. Mahon was a native of Norfolk. She was predeceased by her husband of 77 
years, John Sheridan Mahon Sr. She was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church in 
Norfolk.

Survivors include four daughters, Helen M. McGuan of Norfolk, Margaret M. Miller 
of Norfolk, Theresa D. Mahon of Virginia Beach, Evelyn M. Horton of Norfolk; a 
son, John S. Mahon Jr. of Chesapeake; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 
and one great-great-grandchild.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Pius X by Fr. 
William Dale. Burial will be at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. A Christian Wake 
service will be held at 5 p.m. in the Norfolk Chapel of H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. 
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
