Virginian-Pilot  June 29, 1945
Timothy Francis Mahon, 81, a native of Ireland and a resident of the Norfolk 
section for 30 years, died at the residence, 666 Phillips Avenue, last night at 
8:20 o'clock. He is survived by two sons, James Patrick Mahon and John S. Mahon; a 
daughter, Miss Mary M. Mahon, all of Norfolk; six grandchildren and a brother, 
Malachi Mahon, of Greenwich, Conn.
The body will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Holy Trinity 
Catholic church, Ocean View, for servicers Saturday morning at 11 o’clock. 
Interment will be in St. Mary’s cemetery. Rosary services will be held at the H. 
D. Oliver Funeral Apartments tonight at 8 o’clock.
