James Patrick Mahon, 61, son of the late Timothy Francis, and Mrs. Ellen Burke 
Mahon, died at 11 p.m., Sunday, at a Norfolk hospital.
Mr. Mahon was a native of Lamont, Ill., and had been a resident of Norfolk for 35 
years, residing at 9405 Phillips Avenue at the time of his death. Surviving are a 
daughter, Mrs. I. M. Richardson; a son, H. H. Wellbrock; a sister, Miss Mary M. 
Mahon; a brother, John S. Mahon, all of Norfolk, three grandchildren, four nieces 
and one nephew.
Funeral services will be conducted at the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 
tomorrow at noon. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Rosary services will be 
conducted at the funeral apartments today at 7:30 p.m.
