Virginian-Pilot January 9, 1952
Bernard F. Mallon, 86, died at the residence, 4516 Philpots Road,  Coronado, 
yesterday at 3:10 a.m.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. E. C. Becraft; a son, Edward B. Mallon, both 
of Norfolk; a brother, Edward Mallon, of Monroe, La., and two grandchildren, 
Dorothy E. Becraft and Francis E. Becraft.
Mr. Mallon was a native of Milwaukee, Wis., and had been a resident of Norfolk 
for 30 years.
The body will be taken from the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home to Christ the King 
Catholic Church, of which he was a member, for funeral services tomorrow at 10 
a.m. Rosary services will be held at the funeral home tonight at 7 o’clock. 
Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
