Regina F. Manning, 74, of the 1200 block of Burlington Road, died June 19, 1993, 
in a Virginia Beach hospital.

Mrs. Manning was a native of Norfolk. She was the widow of James E. Manning. She 
was a member of Saint Mark's Catholic Church in Virginia Beach and had retired 
from Hofheimer's Shoes after 30 years. She was a member of Daughters of Isabella 
and Catholic Golden Age club.

Survivors include a daughter, Patsy M. Wise, of Virginia Beach; two sons, James E. 
Manning, of South Carolina and Joseph Manning, of Ohio; six grandchildren; and 
three great-grandchildren.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 22, 1993, in Sacred 
Heart Catholic Church, Norfolk, by Father John J. Dorgan. A Christian Wake service 
will be held today at 6:30 p.m. in the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk 
Chapel. Burial will be in Saint Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Norfolk. The family will 
be at 1217 Burlington Road, Virginia Beach, 23464.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
