She had retired after 23 years as a military personnel specialist at the Hampton Roads Army Terminal. Mrs. Marks was born in Norfolk and was the daughter of the late Emily McCoy Moser Jones and John L. Moser. She was a member of Fairmont Park United Methodist Church and the A.A.R.P. Survivors include four nieces, Fredericka Guthrie and Sue Corwin, both of Chesapeake, and Charlene Wessler and Lynette Burrier, both of Virginia Beach; and two nephews, Pat L. Moser Jr. of Chesapeake and Paul Frederick McCoy of Knotts Island, N.C. She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Pat L. Moser Sr. and Charles A. Moser. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Cox Funeral Home by the Rev. Donald Baird. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 to 3 p.m. for visitation. Cox Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
