Virginian-Pilot  May 10, 1924
Victor Marois, aged 81, died Thursday night at 8:20 o’clock at the residence, 
Chesapeake Station, Princess Anne County. He was a native of Canada, and had 
been a resident of this section for 34 years. Besides his wife, Mrs. Delia 
Marois, he is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Charles Marquardt, of Baltimore, 
Mrs. George Pollock, Mrs. J. T. Enright and Mrs. Floyd Enright, of Norfolk, and 
Mrs. L. W. Whitehurst and Miss Josephine Marois, of Princess Anne County; four 
sons, J. B., William and Clifford Marois, of Princess Anne County, and P. V. 
Marois, of Norfolk; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at St. Mary’s Catholic Church this morning at 
10:30 o’clock. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
