A native of Queen Anne County, Md., she had lived in Berkley 35 years. She was a daughter of the late James T. and Mrs. Rebecca Marchant Earle and wife of George E. Marshall. Surviving her are the following children: Howard A. Marshall, Mrs. L. H. Tucker, Mrs. M.W. Hodges, W.K. Marshall, Mrs. R.W. Morrisette, Edgar C. Marshall and Carroll T. Marshall, of Norfolk and Mrs. G.W. White, of Mount Vernon, N.Y.; a brother, W.B. Earle, of Baltimore; 22 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted at the residence tomorrow afternoon at 4 o'clock by the Rev. B.L. Rhodes, pastor of Berkley Avenue Baptist Church, of which Mrs. Marshall was a member. Burial will be in the family lot in Magnolia Cemetery.
