Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark September 27, 1927

MARWITZ - At the home of her daughter, Mrs. C.A. Barrett, 3001 Colonial avenue, 
Norfolk, Sunday night, September 25, 1927, at 9:55 o'clock, MRS. MARY REBECCA 
MARWITZ, widow of Charles A. Marwitz, a native of Petersburg, Va., aged 79 
years, one month and 18 days.
The body was taken to the funeral home of J.R. Williams, 13 Chesapeake avenue, 
South Norfolk, where funeral services will be conducted WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON at 3 
o'clock.  Friends are invited.  Please omit flowers.  Burial will be in the 
family plot in Magnolia Cemetery.
