Mrs. Mary M. Mason of 801 B avenue died August 25 in a local hospital.  She 
was a member of the First Church of Christ Holiness where funeral services 
were conducted August 29 by the Re. O. W. McInnis.

She is survived by her husband Leandro Mason;  mother and father, George and 
Mrs. Lillie Mae Cherry;  three sons, Charles, Leandro Jr., and James D.,;  two 
daughters, Misses Ida Mae and Georgianna Mason;  grandmother, Mrs. Classie 
Hatton;  one aunt, Mrs. Retha Williams, New York;  two uncles, Cecil Foster, 
New York, and Linsey Foster of Norfolk.

Interment was in Calvary Cemetery.  King Funeral Home made the arrangements.
