A native of Norfolk, she was the widow of Jacob Milton Mauck and a daughter of Henry E. an Mrs. Mary E. Pugh Skinner. She was a member of Larchmont Methodist Church, Daughters of American Revolution and Pickett-Buchanan Chapter of United Daughters of the Confederacy. Surviving are three sisters, Misses Edith C. Skinner, Rosalie F. Skinner and Bessie M. Skinner of Norfolk; and a grandson, James Milton Mauck of Houston, Tex. The body was taken to Cox Funeral Home. The family has requested that flowers be omitted.
