NORFOLK - Filomena Battaglia Maurelli, 81, of 1018 Brandon Ave., native of Naples, 
Italy, and the widow of Joseph Maurelli, died Friday in a hospital.
Mrs. Maurelli was a member of the Bible Students of Buffalo, N.Y.
Survivors include two daughters, Virginia Schweisthal of Belmont, Vt., and Rebecca 
R. Wegner of Kenosha, Wis.; three sons, Louis A. Maurelli of Norfolk, John A. 
Maurelli of Owensboro, Ky., and Joseph M. Maurelli Jr. of Colorado Springs, Colo.; 
29 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 
Norfolk. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
