The Virginian-Pilot, Thursday, March 2, 1978

NORFOLK - Mrs. Ethel B. Maxwell of 2823 Victoria Ave., the wife of Charlie Maxwell
and a Norfolk native, died Tuesday in her home.


She was a member of Jerusalem Baptist Church.


Other survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Beulah Dudley and Mrs. Julia M. White of
Norfolk; and two brothers, Paul Booker of Philadelphia and Herman H. Booker of
Roselle, N.J.


A funeral will be held Saturday at 2p.m. in Jerusalem Baptist church by the Rev.
Thomas M. Venable. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will be at Hale
Funeral Home Friday night from 7 to 8 for visitation.
