All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Dorothy Strawhand https://www.genrecords.net/emailregistry/vols/00034.html#0008405 December 30, 2015, 10:41 am The Virginian Pilot December 10, 1957 Theodore Fisher May, 73, husband of Mrs. Louise Corbet May, died at a Norfolk hospital yesterday at 11:30 a.m. Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Charles Norman May, of Dania, Fla.; a half-sister, Mrs. Alice Wigglesworth, of Lexington, Ky.; a half-brother, Charles May, of Covington, Ky., a grandson, Theodore Gregory May, and several nieces and nephews. Mr. May was a native of Cynthianna, Ky., and had been a resident of this area for the past 50 years, residing at 1610 Lee Ave., Chesapeake Beach. He was a member of the Bayside Presbyterian Church, Atlantic Lodge 2, A.F.& A.M., John Walters Royal Arch Chapter No. 68 and Auld Consistory Scottish Rite. He was in the employ of the Virginia Electric & Power Co. for 43 years, retiring in 1950 as superintendent of underground and overhead construction. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Thursday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
