Virginian Pilot Tuesday December 31, 1901
Mrs. Sarah A. May died at her home, on Eleventh street, Saturday night at 8 
o'clock in the 64th year of her age.  She leaves a family of several sons and 
daughters.  The funeral was conducted from the residence by the Rev. Arthur O. 
Sykes, chaplain the United States Navy, yesterday afternoon and the interment was 
in Magnolia Cemetery.
