Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Wednesday, April 1, 1998 
Donald ``Duck'' Lee Mayfield, 40, of the 3200 block of Kimball Terrace in
Norfolk and the 2500 block of 12th Place in Washington, D.C., died March 27,
1998, in Norfolk General Hospital.

He was born in Norfolk and was a landscaper.

Survivors include his wife, Irma Mayfield; three daughters, Keisha, Deleatrice
and Vernita; two sons, Rodney and Calvin, all of Washington, D.C.; his mother,
Catherine Mayfield; his father, Edward L. Amos; four brothers, Paul, Tony, Bobby
and Gary Mayfield; grandmother, Mary Coffee; 11 grandchildren; one
great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and
friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Hale Funeral
Home. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery .
