Norfolk Virginian Pilot December 30, 1943


Miss Margaret Elnora Mayo, daughter of the late Bartholomew and Alexina Hyslop 
Mayo, died at a local hospital yesterday afternoon at 1 o’clock. She is 
survived by a sister, Mrs. Walter A. Wright; three brothers, George W., Harry 
c. and Herbert B. Mayo, all of Norfolk, and a number of nieces and nephews. 
Miss Mayo was a lifelong resident of Norfolk.
Private funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home 
tomorrow. Burial, Elmwood Cemetery.
