NORFOLK - Mrs. Mary Christine Farrell McAndrews, 53, wife of Thomas E. McAndrews 
and daughter of the late William and Mrs. Mary Kelly Farrell, died yesterday at 
11:35 a.m. at a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. McAndrews was a native of Scranton, Pa., and had been a resident of Norfolk 
for 15 years, residing at 1400 Buckingham Ave., at the time of her death. She 
was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and was a director of De Paul 
Auxiliary.
Besides her husband, she is survived by one son, Joseph E. McAndrews, of Falls 
Church; two daughters, Mrs. John W. Enyart of Honolulu, T.H., and Miss Carol  
McAndrews, of Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. Frank A. Carroll and Miss Helen 
Farrell, of Scranton, Pa.; and two brothers, William P. Farrell, of Scranton, 
and Joseph Farrell, of Morristown, N.J. The body will be taken from the H. D. 
Oliver Funeral Apartments to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for services 
tomorrow at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Rosary services will 
be conducted at the funeral apartments tonight at 7:30 o’clock.
