Floyd Henry McCalop, Sr., 131 Fenchurch street, died August 8 at his 
residence. He was born in Clinton, NC, but had lived in Norfolk most of his 
life.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Pearl Jordon McCalop; one son, Floyd Jr.; 
three daughters, Mrs. Virginia Wiggins, Mrs. Lucille Vincent, of Norfolk and 
Miss Ruth McCalop, Philadelphia.

Final rites were held August 11, Riddick Funeral Chapel with the Rev. H. T. 
Myers, officiating. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
