John T. McCauley died at the residence, 8905 Virginia avenue, Newport News, 
yesterday morning at 12:10 o'clock, according to information received here. The 
remains will be brought to Norfolk for burial. Funeral services will be held at 
the Sacred Heart Catholic Church tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock. Besides his wife, 
Mrs. May McCauley, he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Ellen Siebel, 429 Olney 
Road, Norfolk, and Mrs. Annie Cannon, of Washington, D.C.; a brother, Willie 
McCauley, and several nieces and nephews.
