CHESAPEAKE - William Aquinas McCauley, 69, of 2915 Mayon Drive died Wednesday at 
4:30 p.m. in a Portsmouth hospital.
He was a son of Rhody R. and Mrs. Mary Corcoran McCauley. He was a native of 
Norfolk and a former Portsmouth resident. He was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic 
Church and Portsmouth Elks Lodge 82.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Aileen McKown of Chesapeake, and nieces and 
nephews.
The body was taken to Foster Funeral Home, where the Rosary will be recited 
Friday at 9 p.m.
A funeral service will be conducted Saturday at 11:30 a.m. in St. Paul’s Church. 
Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Norfolk.
The family will be at the funeral home Friday at 7 p.m.
