Virginian-Pilot  August 8, 1918
Mrs. Elizabeth Pizzini McCourt, widow of Charles A. McCourt, died Tuesday night at 
her home at Virginia Beach. A native of Norfolk, Mrs. McCourt has resided in this 
section for many years. She is survived by one son, C. Ward McCourt, of Norfolk. 
The funeral takes place this morning at 10 o’clock at the Sacred Heart Catholic 
church, services being conducted by Rev. T. E. Waters. Interment will be private, 
in Saint Mary’s cemetery.
