Virginian-Pilot, October 26, 1900

The remains of Mrs. Magdalene M. McCoy, who died in Washington, D.C., arrived 
here yesterday, accompanied by her husband, Mr. W.K. McCoy and son, Mr. 
Clarence McCoy. The services at the grave in Cedar Grove Cemetery were 
conducted by Rev. Graham H. Lambeth, of LeKies Memorial M.E. Church. The 
following nephews of the deceased acted as pall-bearers: Dr. E.P. Odend’hal 
Messrs. J.L James, Jno. Odend’hal Jr., Harry L. Odend’hal, E.A. Odend’hal, 
Fortune Odend’hal Jr., Hunter Ferratt and Merle Newton.
