The Norfolk Virginian, June 02, 1895

At the residence of her son, James E. McCoy, No. 201 Chapel Street, Saturday, 
June 1st, at 11 o’clock p.m., Jane McCoy, in the 78th year of her age.
The funeral will take place from the residence on Monday, June 3rd, at 4 
o’clock p.m. Friends and acquaintances respectfully invited to attend.
The Norfolk Virginian Tuesday, June 4, 1895
The funeral of Mrs. Jane McCoy took place yesterday at 4 o'clock from the 
residence of her son, Mr. James E McCoy, No. 201 Chapel Street. Rev. Dr. Tudor, 
of the Cumberland Street Methodist Church, conducted the service. The interment 
was in Elmwood Cemetery.
