In memory of our darling daughter, Georgia Etta McCoy, who departed this life 
one year ago today, May 6,1926

One year ago you left us,
Sad has been our hearts since them,
But the memory of our dear one,
Will be with us to the end.
Oh, the memory of that morning, 
As we stood with aching hearts,
Knowing one, we loved so dearly,
Must from us forever part.
I often sit and think of you
When I am all alone,
For memory is the only thing
That grief can call its own.
Today recalls our memory,
Our dear one laid to rest,
And those who still remember
Are those who love you best.
