Norfolk Journal and Guide, Aug 10,1946
Miss Jeanette McDowell - Funeral services for Miss McDowell, 15, 514 Church 
street, who died July 21, were held from the Hale Funeral Home July 23, with 
the Rev. Mr. Wilkins, officiating.  Interment was in Calvary Cemetery.
