CHESAPEAKE - Susie E. McGlone of 2916 Sunrise Ave., the widow of Christopher
McGlone, died Saturday in a nursing home.

Mrs. McGlone had retired as a dormitory director at Virginia Union University. She
was a former elementary school teacher.

Survivors include three sons, Dr. Christopher McGlone Jr. of Chesapeake, Vernon
McGlone of Virginia Beach and Reginald McGlone of Richmond; two sisters, Rozeal
Diamond and Sarah Schmoke, both of Richmond; and seven grandchildren.

The funeral will be held today in Chatman Funeral Home by the Rev. Alphonso Felton.
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will be at the residence.
