NORFOLK - Mrs. Irene Moran McGuire, 82, of 5320 Roslyn Drive died in a hospital 
Wednesday.
A native of Newport, R.I., she lived here 14 years.
She was the widow of Martin Joseph McGuire and a daughter of Edward and Mrs. Ellen 
Dowling Moran.
She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Joan Hackett, a son, Henry E. McGuire, both of 
Norfolk; and 14 grandchildren.
The Office of the Dead will be said in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Friday at 7 
p.m.
A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Christ the King Catholic Church Saturday at 
9:30 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
