VIRGINIA BEACH - Mrs. Estella DeLaPorte McGuire, the widow of Frank J. McGuire and 
a daughter of the late Henry A. and Mrs. Christiana Tanzer DeLaPorte, died in a 
hospital Sunday.
A native of Croghan, N.Y., she lived here 60 years. She was a member of Sacred 
Heart Catholic Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Clyde L. Davis of Gordonsville and Mrs. 
Veronica M. Wagner of Virginia Beach; a brother, Harold DeLaPorte of Croghan, 
N.Y.; and 31 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted in Sacred Heart Catholic Church Tuesday at 11 
a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
The Office of the Dead will be said in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments on Laskin 
Road tonight at 7.
The family will be at 3600 Sea Pines Road, Virginia Beach.
