Virginian Pilot October 29, 1975

Aaron McKinney of 635 Landing St., retired from Carter's Transfer Co. and a native 
of Winslow, S.C., died Sunday in his home.
He worked for the transfer company 44 years. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include a daughter, Ms. Jeanette Parker and two sons, Aaron McKinney Jr. 
and James Beasley, all of Norfolk, a brother, Roosevelt McKinney of Philadelphia, 
19 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in Riddick Funeral Chapel by the 
Rev. J.L. Kearney. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
