WILLlAMSBURG – Mrs. Julia Hillegass McKinney, 38, of 111 Merrimac Trail, wife of 
Robert Lee McKinney and daughter of Mrs. Mary Foley Hillegass and the late Reon 
Hillegass, died Tuesday in Ft. Eustis Hospital.
Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by three daughters, Margaret 
Jean McKinney, Mary Kathaleen McKinney and Tammy Shane McKinney of Williamsburg; 
four sisters, Mrs. L E. Marsh and Mrs. Dale S. Haney of Norfolk, Mrs. Marie 
Gonzales of Warrensburg, Me., and Air Force Lt. Theresa F. Hillegass of Whiteman 
Air Force Base, Mo.; and four brothers, James F. Hillegass, Reon C. Hillegass 
and Michael G. Hillegass of Norfolk and Joseph A. Hillegass of Arlington.
The body will be taken from Bucktrout Funeral Home, Williamsburg, to St. Bede’s 
Catholic Church for a funeral service today at 10 a.m. Burial will be in 
Williamsburg.
