Norfolk Virginian Pilot, Sunday, December 20, 1942 
Mrs. Nannie Abdell McLean - Funeral services for Mrs. McLean, who died at a 
local hospital Friday night, will be conducted in the funeral chapel of James 
V. Derry, 1920 Colley avenue, this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock. The Rev. L. R. 
Black, pastor of Ocean View Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in 
Elmwood Cemetery. Mrs. Mclean was a charter member of the aircraft Warning 
Service, and an active member until ill health forced her retirement some time 
ago.
