Anthony McMillon of the 3000 block of Elbyrne Drive, a retired public school teacher, died June 9, 1993, gently and peacefully in the home of her sister with family by her side. She was born in Norfolk and was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Ingleside Road. She retired from the Portsmouth public schools after 23 years of service, including the many years she taught at Harry Hunt School. Survivors include her mother, Kattie Anthony of Norfolk; four sisters, Ernestine Harrison, Rebecca Archer, Delois Kelly, all of Norfolk, and Loretta Webber of Chicago; four brothers, Floyd Anthony Jr., Luther Anthony, Pastor Lonell Anthony and Thomas Anthony Sr., all of Norfolk; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Kingdom Hall, Ingleside Road, by Brother Alexander Simon. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Viewing will be Sunday from 1 to 6 p.m. at Riddick Funeral Service. The family will be at 959 Reservoir Ave., the home of her sister, Ernestine Harrison.
