Norfolk - Mrs. Lenora Powell McNeal of 904 E. 28th street died in a local 
hospital.  A native of Edgecombe County, NC, she was a daughter of Alex and 
Mrs. Georgianna Powell and the widow of Randolph McNeal.

She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church of Tarboro, NC, Ada Chapter 20 
of Order of Estern Star and Temple 1A of Elks Auxiliary.

She is survived by a brother, Barry Powell of Rocky Mount, NC;  and a 
sister, Mrs. Ada Montgomery of Norfolk.

Services were held in Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church by the Rev. F. P. Wise with 
burial in Calvary Cemetery.  Riddick Funeral Service was in charge of 
arrangements.
