Virginian Pilot July 20, 1907

Mrs. Sarah McNeil, mother of James R. McNeil of the Virginia Life Insurance 
Company in this city died yesterday afternoon at 2:45 o'clock in her home at 
Coleman Place.
Mrs. McNeil was 63 years of age and her son is the only survivor.  For the last 
four of five years she has been an invalid.
Though a native of Philadelphia, Pa., Mrs. McNeil's residence in Norfolk dated 
back only three weeks.
The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon, the service to be conducted at 
the McNeil residence.  Interment will take place later in the city.
