Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Saturday, August 10, 1991 
Ira Lee Means, 70, of the 2600 block of Keller Ave., a retired dietitian, died
Aug. 8, 1991, in a hospital.

Mrs. Means was born in Brandon, Miss. She had retired from the Norfolk public
schools and was a member of the American and Virginia School Food Service
associations. She was the widow of Willie J. Means.

She is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Hale Funeral Home by the Rev.
J.L. Kearney Sr. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends will assemble at
12:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
