Mary Elizabeth Meehan, 86, passed away on Monday, November 30, 2020. She was 
born on August 23, 1934, in Norfolk, Va., to the late Martin Edward Winbauer and 
Josephine Pauline Winbauer. She was also preceded in death by her husband, 
Joseph Patrick Meehan; and her brothers, Martin Edward Winbauer, Jr. and Robert 
Anthony Winbauer.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Josephine Snider and her husband, Jack; 
sons, Patrick Joseph Meehan and Michael Anthony Meehan; three grandchildren; and 
one great-grandson.
Services will be held privately.
