Virginian-Pilot May 1, 1986
VIRGINIA BEACH - Roque T. Menez, 70, of the 1600 block of Cassell St., a retired 
farmer, died April 28, 1986, in a hospital.
Mr. Menez, a native of the Philippines, was the widower of Leonora T. Menez. He 
was a Catholic.
Survivors include six daughters, Rufina Tallmadge of Virginia Beach, Lebrade 
Benitez, Gloria Caul, Florida Ferrer, Delores Macevinte and Zeniada Daligdig, 
all of the Philippines; a son, Lorenzo Menez of the Philippines; and 32 
grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in St. Mary’s Cemetery 
by the Rev. Richard Ulam. The family will be at Kellam Funeral Home from 7 to 9 
p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
