Katrina Ann Merrell, 42, passed on to glory Dec. 7, 2002. Her bright, sunny 
smile will be missed by all her friends and relatives. She was a member of The 
Church of the Epiphany, Norfolk, and also attended Vineyard Community Church in 
Virginia Beach.
She is survived by her mother, Loretta Salazar; her father, Joseph G. Merrell 
Jr.; a daughter, Jennifer Fisher; a brother, Joseph G. Merrell III; two 
grandchildren, Tiffany and Shane Fisher; and also many aunts, uncles, nieces and 
nephews.
The memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in The Church of the 
Epiphany, 1530 Lafayette Blvd., Norfolk, by the Rev. Richard O. Bridgford.
The family suggests that memorials be made to The Church of the Epiphany. The 
Cremation Society of Virginia is in charge of arrangements. Friends may sign the 
guest register for Katrina at www.cremate.org.
