A daughter of Walter Maxmillian and Mrs. Susan B. Winn Millar, she was a lifelong resident of Norfolk. She was a member of Epworth Methodist Church. Miss Millar is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Hugh G. Rogan and Miss Mattie MIllar, of Norfolk. The body was taken to Cox Funeral Home. ************************************************************** Miss Gracie Lee Millar - Funeral services for Miss Millar, who died Monday were conducted at the Cox Funeral Home yesterday at noon by the Rev. Joseph S. Johnston, pastor of Epworth Methodist Church, of which she was a member. Pallbearers were William Gunther, Harry L. Fockler, Edward Vanderberry, Rogan L. Millar, Jacques Gutelius and Harold A. Maakestad. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery.
