A funeral service was held at St. Mary’s Holiness Church Sunday for Mrs. Rosetta 
Miller, 46, of 1240 Reservoir avenue, Aug. 30.

Burial was in Calvary Cemetery under direction of Graves Funeral Home.

Mrs. Miller was the daughter of the late Samuel and Rebecca Hickson, and was 
born in Florence, SC.  She lived in Norfolk four years and was a member of the 
choir of St. Mary’s.

Survivors include her husband, George Miller;  one son, Charles Miller of 
Florence;  a daughter, Mrs. Annie Harold;  five sisters, Mrs. Vernie McFadden of 
Olantic, SC;  Mrs. Vera Eaddy of Columbia, SC, Mrs. Alena McClain, Mrs. Hattie 
Davis of Norfolk and Mrs. Dorothy Hickson of Washington.
