Norfolk Virginian Pilot March 13, 1950
Mrs. Lenora Liverman Miller, 82, widow of John Henry Miller and daughter of John 
Thomas and Mrs. Catherine Belangia Liverman, died Saturday at 8:30 p.m. at the 
residence, 1205 Maryview Avenue, Portlock.  She had been ill for 17 months.
A native of Camden County, N.C., she had been a resident of Norfolk for 60 
years.  She was a member of Raleigh Heights Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. D.E. Clifton, of Portlock and Mrs. T.L. 
Dowdy, of South Norfolk; one son, John Walter Miller, of Portlock; one half-
brother, W.R. Liverman, of Norfolk; five grandchildren and four great-
grandchildren.
Her body was taken to the Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk; where services 
will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m.  Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
