Clifton, 631 Wilson Road, South Norfolk. He was a native of Edenton, N.C. and had made his home in this section for the last 60 years, having lived most of the time at Portlock, Norfolk County. He was the son of the late Augustus and Mrs. Myrtle Penelope Miller. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. P.L. Dowdy and Mrs. D.E. Clifton; a son, John W. Miller, of Norfolk; a sister, Mrs. Mary J. Wilson, of Edenton, N.C.; a half brother, J.M. Miller, of Edenton and five grandchildren. The body was removed to the funeral home of Graham & Sykes, Jackson and Jefferson Streets, South Norfolk, where funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 4 o'clock. Burial will be in the family lot in Magnolia Cemetery.
