Virginian Pilot December 13, 1993

Elton A. "Ace" Miller Sr., 77, of the 400 block of Redbud Circle, a retired 
pipefitter, died Dec. 12, 1993, in a Chesapeake hospital.
Mr. Miller was born in Portsmouth. He had retired from Norfolk Shipbuilding and 
Drydock. He was a member of Portsmouth Christian Church and the South Norfolk 
Moose Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Perkinson Miller; a son, Elton A. Miller 
Jr. of Virginia Beach; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Riverside Memorial 
Park by the Rev. Pete Taylor. The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral 
Home, South Norfolk Chapel, today from 7 to 8 p.m. and at the residence at all 
other times.
