NORFOLK - Mrs. Carrie R. Miller, 74, of 2720 E. Princess Anne Road, the widow of 
Gross Miller Sr., and a native of Windsor, died Wednesday in a hospital.
  Survivors include three sons, Gross Miller Jr. of Norfolk, Hugh G. Miller of 
Chesapeake, and William D. Miller of Newark NJ., and five grandchildren.
  A funeral service will be held today at 1:30 p.m. in Moseley Funeral Chapel by 
the Rev. Jackson Browne.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.  The funeral 
procession will leave from 843 W. 41st St.
