NORFOLK — Robert Lowell Miller, 70, of the 2500 block of Nevada Ave., died May 31, 
1989, in a hospital.
Mr. Miller, a native of Norfolk, retired from Tarmac Lonestar Inc. as a supervisor 
after 33 years. He was a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, Virginia 
Beach. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Frances Miller; two sons, Phillip L. Miller of 
Middleburg, Fla., and Lowell R. Miller of Virginia Beach; and four grandchildren.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Gregory the 
Great Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. A Christian wake 
service will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk.
