Norfolk Virginian Pilot Friday December 15, 1944
Miss Maude Lightfoot Milligan, aged 69 years, daughter of the late Maj. 
James F. and Mrs. Sallie Colgate Milligan, a native of Norfolk and lifelong 
resident of this section, died at 6:25 o'clock yesterday morning at a local 
hospital. She is survived by one brother, Robert Milligan, of Baltimore, 
Md.; a sister, Mrs. Sue L. Bocrie, of Washington, D.C., and several nieces 
and nephews.
Services will be held at the chapel of the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 
Saturday morning at 11 o'clock, with the Rev. Stiles B. Lines, rector of 
Galilee Episcopal Church, Virginia Beach, officiating. Interment will be in 
Elmwood Cemetery.
