NORFOLK - Mrs. Mattie K. Mills of 2914 Virginia Beach Blvd., widow of James E.
Mills, died Monday in a hospital after a long illness.

A native of Ahoskie, N.C., she was a daughter of Joshua and Mrs. Mary Keen.

She was a member of First Baptist Church, Bute Street.

Surviving are a foster son, Allen Mills of Norfolk; two brothers, Kelley Keen and
Billy Keen, and two sisters, Mrs. Allie Lewis and Mrs. Odie Pierce, all of Ahoskie.

A funeral service will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. in Graves Funeral Chapel. Burial
will be in Calvary Cemetery.
