City School Teacher Dies, Funeral T Be Held Today

Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Hughes Mills, a Negro school teach in Norfolk for
many years, who died Sunday, will be conducted today at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist
Church, Bute Street, by the Rev. R.H. Bowling.

Surviving are her husband, Alcy Mills, Jr.; one daughter and her grandparents, Mr.
and Mrs. John H. Gale of Lincoln Park.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
